Return Eligibility
We offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates (if any), and invoice.

The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Rudraksha beads that have been used, washed, or tampered with.

Products purchased during sale or special offers, unless defective.

Customized or energized products (like siddh Rudraksha, yantras) are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
How to Initiate a Return?

Please share clear images or video of the product for quick evaluation.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refund Mode

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI/Bank/Wallet).

For COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer (you will be asked to share account details).
